Shipping Conditions
1. Delivery Regions

In case of a lost package, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship the order or issue a refund.
9. Return Shipping
For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will provide a return address and instructions upon request. Returns due to defective items or our error will be covered by us, and we will provide a prepaid return label.
